About the event

Covenant Presbyterian Church will host a free 4-week class called,  Introduction to Mindfulness at 7 pm in the Sunroom.


This course uses an evidence-based curriculum that equips adults with tools and techniques to manage stress and enhance overall well-being. The course comes with a free app that guides adults through the curriculum and provides a variety of different meditations.
